Switzerland, Spain and Italy win on Day 2 of Euro 2024.
Switzerland and Spain enjoyed relatively comfortable wins over Hungary and Croatia, while Italy survived a spirited Albania side.
The Matchday started in Colonge, where goals from Duah, Aebischer and Embolo helped the Swiss beat Hungary 3-1. In the game, Dominik Szobozlai (23) became the youngest player to captain a side in the Euros.
Day 2 of Euro 2024 continued by 5pm in Berlin. Spain beat Croatia 3-0, with goals from Morata, Fabian Ruiz and Carvajal.
In the 3rd game of the day, Italy beat Albania 2-1. Albania’s goalscorer Bajrami became the scorer of the fastest goal ever in Euros history. Italy’s goals were scored by Barella and Bastoni.
